Above the article was a picture of a crane at a building site. But there are no cranes at work in Baghdad, so the paper was compelled to use a photograph of a crane that has been rusting for more than two years and was abandoned at the site of a giant mosque Saddam Hussein was constructing."
Bush made Congress allocate $18 billion as a gift for reconstructing Iraq. What was it spent on?
Why is the U.S. Army sweating it out in Iraq, with too few resources to pacify the country? What is the point?
